Cookie Decorating I – Beginning Cookie Decorating
In this class, students will learn how to make the frosting to outline the cookie designs and make frosting to “fill” or “flood” the cookie and the “wet on wet” technique. Decorator bags and tips will be used in this class, so it is a great beginner class if you have never held a decorating bag. Each student will decorate and take home 6 cookies. 
Minimum 4 students, Maximum 8 students

Cookie Decorating II – Intermediate Designs & Fondant Accents
In this class, students will learn additional outline and flooding techniques as well as layering. The use of Fondant in this class shows a fun way to dress up your designs. Each student will decorate and take home 6 cookies. 
Minimum 4 students, Maximum 8 students

All classes are held at Ruthann’s Gourmet Bakery in Bellaire, MI and are approximately 2 hours
Weekday Classes start at 6pm & Saturday Classes start at 10am and 1pm
All needed supplies and tools will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own tools if you have them.
Please call to book your class as classes will fill quickly.
Directions will be provided when booking your class.
Please book at least 7 days in advance of the class to give Ruthann time to prepare.
Payment is required upon booking; Credit Cards and Debit cards are welcome.
No refunds for missed classes or without 7-day prior notice.
For the safety of all, Ruthann’s Gourmet Bakery reserves the right to reschedule classes due to inclement weather.
